Arsenal 2-2 Swansea City

In the Premier League 29th round, Arsenal fight against Swansea City. Finally Arsenal draw 2-2 to Swansea City. Arsenal played one more match than Liverpool but still less two points than Liverpool who rank third.

Arsenal are now six points ahead of fifth-placed Everton, who won 3-0 at Newcastle United on Tuesday and have a game in hand, with a place in next season's Champions League at stake.

"Winning the title isn't the biggest worry we have at the moment," Wenger told a news conference.

"We have to be realistic. We must look behind us. Everton won and, of course, now we have to focus and play the next game (at home to Manchester City).

"Manchester City had a good result tonight (a 3-0 win at Manchester United). They look a bit unstoppable. Them and Chelsea are the favorites now for the title. We don't have too much room to come back into it."
Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain almost found himself in the headlines again on five minutes when his rasping 20-yard drive was palmed away by Michel Vorm.

It was the visitors, though, who took the lead on 11 minutes. The ball was swung over from the left by Taylor and Bony simply had too much power for Vermaelen as he out-jumped the Belgian to head past Szczesny.

Wenger has told Arsenal that it is his wish and intention to extend his deal but would only want to stay if he felt that he had performed. That would clearly be questioned both by himself and the fans if Arsenal fail to end their nine-year wait for a trophy, especially given that Hull City,Sheffield United and Wigan Athletic are the other FA Cup semi-finalists.
