Monaco official announced signing AC Milan striker El shaarawy,he will play for Monaco at the next season on loan. If next season El shaarawy in Monaco appearance meet a certain number of times, then will be forced to buy, when the time comes El shaarawy and Monaco will signe a period of 5 years contracts, earning 300 million euros, according to ESPN.
