Chelsea want to sign Falco this winter with €55m

According to Newshound's article in caughtoffside, Chelsea will completing €55m deal to sign Radamel Falcao this winter.

Chelsea could well do with a prolific forward to lead their attack given that Fernando Torres, Demba Ba and Samuel Eto’o, with just five Premier League goals between them, are failing to effectively spearhead Mourinho’s front-line. Mourinho don't said before Chelsea doesn't have the strength to win the champions of EPL. But the Mourinho don't want to let the fans down and he want to win the champions indeed.

The 27 year old is apparently set to leave the principality side and a move to Real Madrid is now no longer an option according to this source and Roman Abramovich is ready to make an offer of €55m for the Colombian, who has been in fine form for his Ligue 1 side this term.

Falcao has just recovered from a thigh problem after a three-week injury layoff, the Ligue 1 club's coach Claudio Ranieri said on Wednesday.

"Falcao has trained normally this morning. He has recovered well but he had not trained for a month," Ranieri told a news conference ahead of Friday's game at home to Valenciennes.
